After docking, apply steady pressure and allow natural cooling for ≥ 20 minutes. Forced cooling is prohibited.
Electrofusion welding
1. Parameter matching
Scan the barcode of the electric fusion sleeve to automatically obtain the welding machine parameters (voltage, time).
Remove impurities from the joint and ensure that the gap between the pipe and the sleeve is uniform.
2. Welding process
Start the welding machine and monitor the voltage fluctuation throughout the process. The process ends when the melting status indicator light goes out.
Do not move the pipe during the cooling period.
Other connection methods
1. Socket connection
The rubber seal needs to be positioned accurately and tapped into place with a mallet to prevent damage.
